-100% Upkeep Player Only

Hey guys as the description says this reduces the campaign upkeep by -100% for the player only,

This is enabled on all difficulties:
Easy was -25 is now -100
Normal was -10 is now -100
Hard was 0 is now -100
Very Hard was 0 is now -100
Legendary was 0 is now -100

I dont think its for player only anymore, by turn 4 all other factions had a 20 stack army.

This mod works fine for me.

It only works for the main army now, any additional armies don't get the bonus
