Stupidly OP Vlad von Carstein

Made by request

Stat changes can been seen on the image.

As Isabella recently got a "stupidly OP overhaul" she has been complaining that Vlad hasn't been able to keep up with her. As such Vlad has been hitting the treadmill and got now a speed boost from 40-->45 Hopefully they can now again go out and slaughter their enemies as husband and wife.

All mods in the Stupidly OP series *should* now be compatible with Radious, Steel faith and similar overhaul mods.

@Ulrik H.D, well and this is trange - other your OP mods works perfectly fine for all lords and units. Only damned Vlad refuses to be OP >_<

@Arey probably a mod conflict. Disable all other mods to check if the mod works or not. You are probably using another mod that edits Vlad.

so i tried to put the interval at 0.1*

i want to made look like Vlad is really faster than any human, so i tried at the interval at 0.1 and it works fine, but the melee attack interval just changed the interval, not the speed of the movment himself, so vlad attack often, but not faster
i don't know if i am understandable enough, i'm french

@thibaud the animation should scale with melee attack intervall, though it might break at too low intervals.

One last question: do you know if it's possible to edit the speed of the attack animation? not the melee_attack_interval, but the animation himself
