Improved Aqueduct District

Description
Due to some of the feedback I have received, I've made some adjustments to the district to make it more balanced.
The Aqueduct district no longer provides a bonus to growth rate, and now only provides 1 Great Engineer points instead of 2.

Adjacency bonus for mountains and other districts is reduced to 1 from 2.

Hopefully these changes will bring the district more in line with the power of the other districts, and also make sure that it isn't necessary to build the aqueduct in every city.

I have never wanted to build an Aqueduct district because I find that the two housing is never worth a city tile, especially considering the power of the Neighbourhood. I wanted to make the Aqeuduct more in line with the other districts, and as a result it now requires population to build, but will help your overall population grow much faster.

Aqueduct District
Provides +2 Food for each adjacent River and Oasis, and +1 Food for each adjacent Mountain and District
Provides +1 Great Engineer Points

Citizens can now work as Specialists in the Aqueduct District buildings, providing +4 Food.
Trade Routes to cities with Aqueducts provide +2 Food.

Buildings
Public Baths
Required Tech: Engineering
Provides +2 Housing and +1 Amenity

Sewer (moved from City Center to Aqueduct District)
Now Provides +3 Housing and +1 Amenity

Water Filtration Plant
Required Tech: Chemistry
Provides +3 Housing, +6 Food, +10% City Growth Rate and +1 Great Scientist Point


In the future I would like to add a City Project for this District, as well as various policies which reflect the bonuses currently provided to other districts.

So I retested this version of the mod, and it works correctly even with warning ignored. I got however a bug in the logs. In Database.log :

I also really enjoyed this mod before the expansions. If you could update it for Gathering Storm with the improved Dam or improved Canal suggestions, that would be awesome. But if you just updated it for the Aqueduct, that would be awesome too.

Yeah please could you update this incredible mod ? I remember when I was playing with it the first months after the game came out :'(
Also, Improved Dam (more possible locations) and Canal (seems not really powerful to me) are cool ideas, i'd like to see them

Any possibility of making an 'Improved Dam' mod? It's annoying that dams can only be built on flood plains next to a river. they should be able to be built on any river.
