What this mod does:


This mod allows you to have more Armies & Fleets with each new Imperium.

This also increases the amount of Edicts that can be issued.

I looked at the file with the pact file manager, and it looks like it only effects the vanilla campaign. I have Emperor Edition and started a new campaign to see if this was the case, and the army limits where unchanged. Could you make a mod that does this for the other campaigns too?
