Coil Tier Disabler

Description
Disables coil tier and limits use to skins. Full credit for code to robojumper, I just edited a few lines as to not conflict with his disabler mod.

NOTE -- This mod is untested, please let me know of any issues!

Bad news: changing weapon's skin to coil guns changes the stats despite having "carry over" option in xskin.
Good news: the damage is the same with tier 3 weaponry, so at least then i will be able to change them without feeling like i'm cheating.

Hi Spacemann Whiff, one problem, i get a information that one mod is apperantly no longer activated. Its Name is "fbmissionsvanilla" and i can't find the mod anywhere in the workshop or signs of it.(like that an other mod would need that one to function) I'm writting my issue down here cause for your mod i need the LW2 Coilguns for Vanilla, so unleast the name is similar. and as soon i got that information, that "fbmissionsvanilla" isn't activated, i finished my last current mission with no problems and want to return to my base and then the game is collapsing with the warning:
XCOM 2 has found a problem and couldn't run any further.
so i'm stucked with that shit and can't play no longer, so if you should got any thoughts on that, it would be very appreciated if you could let me know, because obviously i didn't want to uninstall the hole game and start from "fucking" scratch :(

So will this add the skin if am using long war and keep the tier? or will i need a differant mod?

Cool - I posted about it in the XSkin mod too, just in case it's *not* the disabler.

This would likely be an issue with the tier disabler. I will fix this in the next few days.

I've realized something. I'm running this mod with the coilguns mod, however when I use the Coilguns as a skin, despite having the options in the XSkin mod to copy the stats of the base weapon to the skin, the Coilguns' stats carry over and overrwrite the base weapon's stats. Would this be an issue with the tier disabler, or the XSkin mod?

Wow I am an idiot I didn't have the Xskin mods activated AND the weapon skin option doesn't show up when trying to apply it to a "cosmetic" skin like Retroactive Upgrades. It's working now, and I'm really enjoying using the coilgun skins in vanilla. Nice work

I will try to fix that as soon as I can. For the moment, I'd recommend not using the skins.
