Global Buliding Bonus (Updated)

Description
This is an update to the original Global Building Bonus mod.

All credits go to original author

Effects:

Military bonus buildings like stables, smelters, etc now give their bonus to entire faction, meaning you only ever need one of these now.

Let me know if i seem to have missed out any other bonuses

Empire:
Master Swordsmith's Forge
Warhorse Breeder's Stable
Woodworker's Shop

Greenskins:
Black Orc Forge
Beast Lairz
Goblin Sawmilz

Vampire:
Unholy Forge
Dark Lair

Bretonnia:
Master Swordsmith's Forge
Warhorse Breeder's Stable
Woodworker's Shop

Dwarf:
Buildings..cant remember

Update:
1)Greenskins beast lair fixed to have factionwide effect

Update June 15:
All EXP values have been reduced by one. So it will be either +2 or +1 lvl not +3. Before, you could build three of these and then start pumping out golden rogers

Update June 15(2):
Fixed income not correctly applying.

The original version of this mod by Ed130-The Vanguard had different values compared to this current version. All of the veterancy buildings except fort he unique ones were set to +1. All the unique veterancy buildings had modded bonuses and were global. It made for a less extreme power curve in my opinion.
