Reverted fix attempt for multiple god allegiance as that broke favor gain altogether

Fixed an issue with import of script ending up with missing directory and therefore not working -_-

Fixed issue with faulty upload not actually fixing previous issue (blame CA for buggy launcher)
Also implemented a potential fix for Favor capping

Fixed issue with mod only resulting in tooltip but not actual game change.
Note that this mod now REQUIRES A FRESH CAMPAIGN to work due to editing script files
