Reworked and unified entire mod's code to bring it up to current standards
Fixed a bug where incubators where increasing progress indefinitely without doing anything when in a map that wasn't the player's home. It will now just check for it to not be a null map

Added a sustainer sound to the Archotech Platform, since its absence was returning a null reference error. Used the same sound as the ship reactor
Added a new building called Mechanoid interface cell that only spawns in Mech Clusters if Royalty is installed. Deconstructing this building allows players to obtain Mechanoid interface chips to build mechanoid hybrids
Changed size of many building icons to 0.75 so they look better on the architect menu
Added a "Make colony (animals, fixed)" to the dev menu, because the Archotech Centipede has so many hit points it bugs the vanilla Make colony (animals) button.
