-Slowed Deploy Duration to 0.4 from 0.375.

-Increased Spread Decay to 12 from 7.5.
-Increased Spread Per Shot to 0.75 from 0.45.
-Tightened Max Movement Spread to 1.2 from 1.33 to offset the above.
The weapon should overall be slightly less accurate when auto firing from stationary.

THE BALANCE UPDATE
-Reduced fire rate. Delay between shots now set to 0.07 (857RPM, 14.28RPS) from the vanilla value of 0.0625 (960RPM, 16RPS).
-Reduced damage to 33 from 34. This makes all the difference on Expert, as this weapon will now require four shots to kill Commons on that difficulty.
-Reduced PenetrationPower to 61 from 72.

The reason for these edits was simple. This weapon felt like a lighter, faster version of my OBO M16, but requiring the same number of shots to kill Commons (three) and having a noticeably higher DPS. Such a drastic increase in damage over the vanilla SMG has to be balanced, and I find this to be a good middle-ground. It retains a slightly higher DPS than the ARs, but less accurate than them and needing more hits on Commons. I might tweak this further, but this is a vast improvement from a balance perspective, where the SMG was just OP, especially with a laser sight.

-Raised damage from 33 to 34, which sounds small, but allows for (point-blank) 3-hit kills on Expert and reduced PenetrationPower from 76% to 72% to match.
-Reduced firing delay from 0.066 back to the vanilla amount of 0.625, raising DPS to 544, higher than ARs but burning through mags significantly faster and with less accuracy.

SIGNIFICANT UPDATE: See updated description for details.
Reduced damage to 33 from 38 and tweaked penetration damage multiplier to match.
Increased fire rate from 0.76 to 0.66 (vanilla = 0.625).
Increased deploy delay (time after switching to weapon before you can shoot) from 0.35 seconds to 0.375.

MAJOR REBALANCE:
Magazine size was set back to vanilla 50 from 40, damage and fire rate were heavily readjusted. In general, it'll shoot faster again, closer to vanilla, and will still kill Commons in the same numer of shots.

Reduced ammo capacity from 42 to a more realistic 40 (the uzi has a real-world 40-round magazine), and decreased base standing accuracy slightly.

Minor tweak: Increased magazine size from 40 to 42. This was a very deliberate choice, since on Advanced, this weapon kills Commons in two shots, and three on Expert. 42 divides evenly into both 3 and 2. Clever, no?
