3.1 Fixed an issue where the vanilla Ice Wyverns would not import into the mod correctly to become 'imported' Speedy Flyers

3.0 Updated mod to reflect changes I made to the main Speedy Flyers mod as well. The speed stat leveling is now fully customisable through GameUserSettings.ini options, including but not limited to speed gain per level, initial tamed speed and a max speed cap! Also, as the assets for the Ice Wyvern are now fully disclosed to the Dev Kit by the Ragnarok Map developers, you can now also import your existing Ice Wyverns into the mod to make them able to level up speed and these imported Ice Wyverns will also remain behind after uninstalling the mod, should you ever want to do so. This mod is now, once again, an exact copy of the functionality concerning the Ice Wyvern in the full feature Naj's Speedy Flyers mod, so there should be no harm in running the two together or switching between them!

2.0 Fixed issue where the Ice Wyverns were not tameable because of overlooked setting on my part (i.e. the food and narcotics could not be used from the Wyverns inventory)... Derp! Also added .ini settings for use in the GameUserSettings.ini to change whether or not the Ice Wyverns are tameable by using tranqs/narcotics, whether they can mate and be bred and there's the ability to alter the turn radius. Happy Gaming! BEWARE: The default settings of this mod have the tranq taming and mating options DISABLED! So to enable them you WILL have to use the .ini options...
