Reduced Pipe Bomb fuse timer (still longer than vanilla).
Reduced how tightly together Commons spawn.

Decreased Boomer vomit projectile velocity from 1700 to 1500.
Disabled death messages for bot Specials.
Removed my Tank limit increase.

Increased Pipe Bomb fuse time from 6 to 8 seconds, since Bilejars and Molotovs are now incredibly useful, and I didn't want the Pipe Bomb to be left out.
Disabled Tank slowdown when shot at close range, since Tanks already run a little slower now.
Minor fix.

Decreased amount of time it takes Survivor Bots to close the Saferoom door.
Increased Survivor limp walk speed, to compensate for higher limp damage threshold.
Made it so that a Smoker's tongue victim will no longer have a chance to shoot back, and will become helpless instantly, to put a Smoker on par with a Hunter in terms of being equally dangerous, like in the L4D1 intro movie.

Increased Hunter health to 336 (a very deliberate number) to force Survivors to be more aware and careful when they hear one, instead of happily running around, knowing that if they get pounced they can just kill it before it does any damage.

Changes:
Reworked how Commons spawn in a map. There will be quite a bit more of them, but they'll spawn in a larger radius around the player, so it shouldn't be too overwhelming. This adds unpredictibility to Commons. as you'll never know exactly how many could be around the next corner. Also, Commons will spawn in more tightly-grouped clumps.

Tweaks, including:
Smokers will now never release their victims no matter how much damage they take, unless they're killed or their tongue is shot.
Decreased mounted HMG fire rate a bit.

Quick tweak to laser sight accuracy. It should now work in such a way that all accuracies are balanced whether you're using this mod or not, and whether you're using my weapon scripts or vanilla weapons.

Completely reworked the way both mounted guns work. Both will have higher damage potentials, with the HMG now getting a large fire rate increase to go with the Minigun fire rate increase already present in my mod. Both will also heat up a bit faster, but cool down MUCH faster too. There are several other changes too. Try them out and let me know what you guys think! :)

I also made some small tweaks to flashlight distance, and some minor Survivor Bot AI tweaks.
