Increased Jockey and Hunter healths from 210 to 252. Now Hunter health will be negligibly higher than vanilla, but this fits my weapon script mods better.
Increased Smoker health from 250 (vanilla) to 300.
Halved Charger impact stun radius from 8 to 4.
Increased Charger health from 450 to 520

Rebalanced Jockey leaping:
Reduced Jockey leap attach distance.
Increased Jockey move speed to 300. Jockeys are now fast, yet fragile.

Added an interesting variable that will dramatically increase the distance that Commons will spawn from the player. To get a good example of this, open the first mission of the No Mercy campaign, then look from the roof to the streets ahead and you should see Commons all the way over there. Also, expect tweaks to this variable as I playtest it.

Removed Realism gametype for now, to decrease maintainence time so that I can iron this out faster.

Fixed: Laser Sight accuracy nerf. Turns out, I had it backwards. By reducing the value from 0.4 to 0.2, I made the weapon MORE accurate. I've now modified it in the OTHER direction, as was intended. Expect more changes to this variable as I test it.

Further decreased the effectiveness of Laser Sights, to allow for more accuracy on my weapon scripts without Laser Sights making them game-breakingly accurate.
