*Slightly scaled down the animation so it would fit on sceen.
*Make the thermonukes more destructive. They now have a larger damage radius, longer duration of fallout, increased strike range, and higher maintenance cost.

Currently, this only updates the animation. For whatever reason, the WMD.xml file is not being overridden by my mod. So the blast radius, fallout duration, etc. are still vanilla. I will update this to make the thermonukes more destructive pretty soon.
