-Updated for 1.9.* compatibility
-Fixed bugs with USA and India civil wars having issues with Monarchist ideologies

NOTE: France has not been touched and currently uses our old focus tree set up, rather than LR's. This may or may not cause issues, we have not done a test game, so be warned. Otherwise, enjoy

BALANCE

Ground unit changes:
-Implemented Amphibious Tanks in OpO. These are modelled after the LVT(A)-1 [1941 tech], LVT(A)-4 [1943 tech], and PT-76 [1951 tech]. We have implemented these tanks as such due to these being what was successful IRL while the various DD tank series were abysmal failures
-Increased mechanized suppression to 3, from 1. In OpO mechanized represent armored cars (AC) and thus we have implemented the suppression aspect of the upcoming AC frontline unit, as OpO will NOT be implementing AC brigades
-Reduced fuel consumption of amtracs to 2 from 2.4
-Increased light tank 3 hardness by 5%
-Removed passive mechanized bonus from mechanised_infantry3 (weird vanilla thing that should have been removed ages ago)
-Increased mechanized_equipment_2 and mechanized_equipment_3 hardness by 5%

Navy changes:
-Reduced ship XP refit costs to 10% of their prior values
-Buffed sub visibility of sub 1/2/3
-Removed sub visibility bonus from engines
-Slightly increased sub hull research time to match other hulls
-Slightly increased destroyer hull research time to match other hulls
-Torpedo research, shell research, armor belt research, and depth charge research have all had their base research times decreased to match the XP boosted speed and the XP boost option has been removed
-Mine warfare research times have all been cut in half

FIXES
-Fixed missing naval unit art bugs; if you find any more let us know

Submarine Changes
-Submarine visibility nerfed across the board. Sub 1 now starts at 30, by Sub 4 it goes down to 20. This kills the "undetectable Sub 3/4 glitch/exploit" until a better solution is found
-Removed Snorkels

Infantry Changes
-Removed AT equipment from infantry, the techs now provide the hard attack/penetration bonuses of the old equipment via passive bonus, additionally give a 2% soft attack bonus to infantry, and take less time to research
-Removed marine/mountain/para org bonus techs
-Reduced marines/mountaineers to being 60 org and 0.3 morale, increased strength to 30
-Reduced paratroopers to being 60 org and 0.3 morale, increased strength to 25
-Increased marines/mountaineers/paratroopers bonus from support weapon techs to 5% to match regular infantry
-Fixed bug where marines/para/mountaineers wouldn't be considered special forces for various bonus calculations
