NEW ADDITIONS
-Added Motorized Artillery, Motorized Anti-Tank, and Motorized Anti-Air brigade types. Their equipment consist of motorized and their respective artillery type. They represent anything from artillery towed by trucks to truck-mounted anti-air as many nations made

AI
-Did back end changes to make Soviet-style and France-style bolt action rifle 2 be the same as generic bolt action rifle 2. This was done in order to ensure all semi-auto rifles are counted as "better" than bolt-action rifles for the purposes of the AI/game assigning equipoment.
-Turned AI semi-auto rifle unlock into a passive decision so it always gets that tech


GAMEPLAY/BALANCE
-motorized_rocket_unit now has category motorized_equipment and consists of rocket_artillery and motorized equipment types
-All mechanized equipment now costs 4 IC, down from 9 or more, and takes 1 steel instead of 2
-Increased armor value of all mechanized equipment by 5, increased hardness to 70% for all mechanized save the last which was decreased to 75% from 80%
-Adjusted resource costs of medium/heavy SP Art, SP AAA, and TD
-Added 10% Fort Attack bonus to all sp art and tank destroyer brigades to match regular art and anti-tank
-Increased supply usage of all sp anti-air units to that of tank destroyers; previously they had the same supply use as regular anti-air which is nonsense
-Fixed vanilla issue where a number of artillery brigades (ex. towed anti-tank, all SP artillery) were not counted as artillery for the purposes of land doctrine bonuses
-Rocket Artillery tech now requires GW Artillery instead of 1939 Artillery
-Reduced year requirement for human semi-auto catch up decision to 1940 from 1942
-Adjusted a number of generic focus tree bonuses to give category bonuses instead of specific techs
-The Giant Wakes focus for USA now requires WPA focus as a pre-requisite. Availability requirement is either: At war, 80% world tension, or 40% world tension plus completing the Recovery from 37 Recession event
-CV Fighter, CV Jet Fighter, CV CAS, now have the same range and speed as their land based counterparts
-CV Naval Bombers now have the same range and speed as CAS
-CV CAS weapon upgrades now upgrade naval attack ability in addition to ground attack ability
-Increased surface detection of Superheavy Battleship to 30, reduced production cost to 15600, and reduced port usage to 3 from 4
-Increased port usage of battle cruisers to 2 from 1.5
-Did changes to unique French designers to bring them in line with OpO ones
-Manpower laws and age laws no longer revert if you no longer meet requirements
-Reduced cost of doctrine-specific theorists (ex. mobile warfare theorist)
-Austria-Hungary claims national focuses' bypasses now require all states in the focus to be controlled by Austria-Hungary to trigger instead of controlling just a single state


FIXES
-Fixed some focus errors with GER and SOV trees
-Did a number of fixes to France focus tree to make a number of focuses properly work with OpO
-Fixed bug with PRC and SOV not having semi-auto catch up decisions
-Fixed potential issues with AI semi-auto decisions not firing
-France focus to make Napoleon a general will now bypass if Napoleon is already a general, to avoid having two Napoleon generals
-Fixed SYR/LEB lacking an OOB and starting units
-Fixed non-existent CAM being part of France Research group
-Changed initial German flag event to be a decision to allow players to change the flag whenever they wish
