Changed all systems to have dark matter. Rearranged planets as requested.

Changes:

  • Moved ideal_planet location closer to ringworld
  • Changed "Ruined" start to use an actual "Ruined" Megaring World, that can be upgraded to a 12 section ring world
  • Added Horizon Signal Event Buildings on capital world and ideal_planet if using Finished or Unfinished start.
  • Now start with Dimensional Horror ("The Worm") on your side
  • Fixed issue with multiple Infinity Machine's spawning (deleted the one in Garguantua if it appears)
  • Added 25 tile habitat orbiting dyson sphere sun
  • Gave player if using Finished or Unfinished ring world Horizon Signal tech & Megaengineering.
