1. Made technology requirements for Italic cities in HATG campaign.
2. Increased income on 1000 gold for all faction of HATG campaign.
3. Less AI armies will go to sea by transports.
4. Improved BAI formations.
5. Increased child born chance.
6. Navy in port will cause minus 5 Public Order.
7. Some other minor changes for the balance.

1. Rebalanced units’ AOR and garrisons in ROTR campaign.
2. Buildings effects in ROTR campaign now affect only its own province (not all provinces).
3. Made CAI to defend cities more proper.
4. Decreased political loyalty penalties.
5. Added to Cartage ability to change government type in ROTR campaign.
