-Hid Utopian living standards from machine intelligences since they couldn't use it anyway.
-Added support for hive minds coexisting with non-hive-minded pops.
-Added a new civic (AI Integration) that starts you with a secondary organic speciess, similar to Syncretic Evolution. Note that the organic pops will start out enslaved and I cannot figure out why. You can change your secondary species' rights as soon as the game starts, so just remember to do it when you start a new game.
