Found the issue reported by BlackLoller - it was due to corrupt animation data. The files have been replaced and hopefully they should work once more.

Priests have received craft as have shamans.

- Celtiberi, Arverni got Tier 2 supply
- Building restrictions. Some factions have ceased to have access to Nobles' Residence, Citadel and Palace.
- Changes made to Numidian, Greek units: some units should now be accessible early on, while the Numdian elite cavalryman has been shifted over to the Meeting House.

Suffered a crash , while running several factions - it is as we feared, the animations for one of the units is B O R K E D.
This is not good and what is worse is that we have no idea what file is potentially causing it.

The most likely culprits are the following:

- Priest or Shaman animation (which one?)
- Patriot animation (which one?)

Kings & Conquerors has the following:

[Asian] - 3 different cavalry units .... but these use generic cavalry and retainer animations.
[European] - 2 pedestrians, 1 charioteer
[Afro-Egyptian] - 1 pedestrian, 1 charioteer, 1 elephant

The game crashed, when I spawned in an Egyptian popularis - but a later test showed that the popularis wasn't the problem.

The likeliest culprits?

- Priests
- Shamans

All BH3 files have turned out okay, so it is clearly a matter of a bad BHA (as if we didn't have enough of those earlier on).

ALSO:

Priests and Shamans are out of whack and aren't doing their job. Priests have no Craft to bribe units. Suggest we go back, and finish what we started.
