Refactored entire env spreading definitions, forced random to be fair and unbiased, so all types of stashes will have ratio that make sense, no more endless deadmen everywhere. Slightly optimized as well.

Bug fixes and balance tweaks: stashes are more rewarding and less predictable, stump is no longer remain after gathered, it was inconsistent with other stashes, tweaked world spread more.
