Updated for 2.2.4. Tweaked Divine Power so that the production bonuses are tied to the trait and not the civic. Removed destroyer tech from Legendary Fleet for quick NSC compatibility fix. Added Psionic Destiny, a stronger version of Psionic Heritage from the Exigency mod

Re-added the Biomatter Mastery food edicts at 10k food each. Costs will probably need adjusted! A couple of modifiers that were briefly part of the civic have been moved back to the edicts (e.g., no more 0.5 hull regen on the civic, but one of the edicts grants 1.5 regen)

GODMODE no longer includes the Divine Power trait: but the standalone mod still does
