Added Eternity Cell, a Physics-based civic to go alongside the existing Society and Engineering civics. In turn, Cosmic Forge has been buffed to improve minerals production and Galactic Conglomerate now increases Influence generation by a percentage as well as a flat bonus. GODMODE has been updated to take all these changes into account: in other words, it'll get more and more broken as new civics are added...

Added Stellar Aegis based on Chirumiru's idea for a defence/starbase focused civic. Slightly buffed Galactic Conglomerate to grant +10k Energy and Minerals capacity and +2 monthly Influence instead of 1.5. Also added the new Annihilation bombardment stance for Galactic Annihilators: it does slightly more damage than the Armageddon stance but does not turn planets into Tomb Worlds or anything like that. Divine Power's bonus trait now grants a massive +40% habitability as well as immortality: should be useful for Life-Seeded starts!

Made all civics available to Gestalt Consciousness empires (Machines/Hive Minds). Added Cosmic Forge civic. Added +30% Society Research speed to Perfect Unison. At some point I'll add a civic which does the same for Physics: maybe one focused on shields/movement speed?

Added Perfect Unison civic based on a suggestion from xnadu27. Similarly I've expanded Galactic Annihilators to grant bonus damage to Marauders, however I'm not 100% sure that's working as intended and I'll have to do some testing
