1. Both Staves and Wands get bonus points in memory, from 1 to 3, scaling with the weapon level.
2. Wands get a +1 in the respective elemental skill
3. Removed the Dual Wielding bonus on Wands

Removed the Critical Damage bonus from wands and the Element Skill bonus.
Increased wands base damage from 55% to 60% and added +1 to Dual Wielding.

Nerfed all skills again... they still are powerhouses with proper investment.

Wands now grands base 5% Critical Chance and 180% Critical Damage, and +2 to the respective magic school abitily.

Staff of Magus skills are no longer affected by the Elemental Afinity talent.

Great improviment in Heat Wave, Oil Geyser and Poisonous Spores skills animation.

Nerfed all skills, they were hitting for much more damage than intended.
