Small adjustments to get module printing function better.

VAF - Piston - Module Welder 1:
Maximum Distance from 1m to 2m

VAF - Rotor - Module Projector:
Velocity from -6.0 rpm to 10.0 rpm

VAF - Timer Block - B1-6:
Delay from 6 s to 3 s

VAF - Timer Block - B2-6:
Delay from 7 s to 3 s
