-Increased the resolution of the weapons ingame.
-Every laser weapon now has a disclaimer that they aren't very good against mechanoids.
-Corrected the size of the laser sniper.
-Minor weapon re-design of the Rifle, Pistol, LMG, and Sniper.
-Complete weapon re-design of the SMG.
-Increased Laser SMG's range from 20 to 25.
-Reduced Laser SMG damage from 14 to 13.
-Increased Laser LMG damage from 11 to 12.
-Reduced Laser Sniper damage from 35 to 30.
-Added a skill level requirement for making all laser weapons.
-Added requirement so that only Spacer factions should be able to spawn with laser weapons.
