Experimental change for the unit capacity: generic units capacity halved, since any settlement can contribute to it.

Fixed a campaign crash after the Ziggurat of Dawn settlement was captured (usually happeninng during Skeggi AI turn)

Fixed a bug which brike the capacity script when one of your settlement was a ruin

Fixed bug: capacity script for Greenskins stopped working after a settlement with Skull-Takerz tribe was captured (Karak Eight Peaks for exemple)

To imrpove performances in recruitment pannel, experimental change. Only special and rare units are displayed as such, core units have no special icons and behave normally.

Fixed several bugs related toGreenskins
- Capacity script broken after building the Gobbos musta fields
- Capacity at 0 for tribal squig hoppers and Pump Wagons
- Savage Orcs building was marked as "upgradable" when reaching level 3... although there's no level 4.
