Fixed a few more bugs
- Nagarythe rangers recruitable outside of Nagarythe region
- Capacity for Silverine Guards was 0
- Core/special/rage not properly initialized for rangers, silverine guards, and war lions

Fixed a few errors

Brettonia :
- Some Brettonia units (like Macemen, Pilgrims or Grail Guardians) have a new unit type icon, but the text going with that (like Sword Infantry) was missing.
- Fixed the capacity for Grail Guardians for Languille (always 0), and for Hippogryph knights for minor regions.
- Fixed the yeomen capacity

Dwarves
- Add the Bugman's rangers to the script computing capacity (I forgot them, so it was always 0)

General:
- The icon for climate effect was a white square in province pannel, if climate was suitable
- Fixed the Capacity per army: the total number of slots available was displayed, but recruiting units didn't properly consume a slot.

Fix the crash in campaign after a few turns during Skeggi turn (happen when Skeggi capture Ziggurat of dawn).

Update for W&P

- Vampire Counts added
- "Elite" version of units for HE, WE and Dwarves removed. Graphics used instead for Officers and bodyguards
- New units for HE.
- Dynamic Manpower system reworked.
