BUG FIXES
- Passive AI issue resolved (an additional fix to prior release)
- SSDs should no longer suddenly flip around 180 degrees. Please report if you see one doing this
- Resolved crash with Delta JV7 in orbit causing bombing run CTD
- Resolved crash with Denon bombing run
- Resolved issue with skirmish allied AI building a hero you were already constructing and losing you credits
- CSA skrimish starbase now uses correct model
- Captain Cha Niathal now uses her ability correctly
- Skirmish maps now have updated preview images
- Skirmish AI now build asteroid mining stations for all factions
- Skirmish AI now correctly upgrading tech levels for all factions
- Missing text fixed for Fleet Admiral Gilad Pellaeon

- Reduced Harbinger fighter compliment to just 4 squadrons as it is a battleship first (similar to the Allegiance in role)
- Increased Rejuvenator-class Star Destroyer's Yammosk Jamming ability recharge time

FIXES/TWEAKS:
- Resolved major issue accidentally introduced in last patch with skirmish starbases not functioning. Skirmish is now fully working
- Skirmish AI now upgrade tech levels
- Skirmish AI now build the new special structures and shipyards
- Resolved crash issue in One Planet Start and All Out War when Kuat is captured
- Imperials faction AI now upgrade space station level
- TIE Vanguard can now spy on the galactic map
- EotH Customs Platform text tooltip corrected
- Ssi-ruuvi XQ1 renamed
- Missing Acclamator II icon added
- Added 'Don't Use' text to vanilla skirmish maps
- Removed Probe Droid from Thrawn-era Imperial roster as they have the TIE Vanguard instead
- Zsinj slicers no longer risk losing you credits, but the amount they generate remains variable
- Vengeance SSD always has the right death clone; before it sometimes had an Executor death clone
- Various minor bug fixes and corrections

- Added missing tooltip for Grand Admiral Pellaeon in ISD 'Right to Rule'
- Prefsbelt planet description tooltip corrected
- Prototype Death Star and Centrepoint Station now have an explosion commensurate with their size
- Procursator reworked; its quad lasers have been removed and replaced with quad turbolasers. It’s a capital ship killer/mini-Tector and good at nothing else.
- Secutor rebalanced to increase shield strength
