Due to mappers adding non-default item pickups, I have added a config variable to replace map pickups

Fixed the perk icon being small on the friendly HUD
Fixed the pickup messages having a blank name if the dropper was dead
When receiving a item it notifies everyone and draws a icon of it on the hud
Attempt to fix Commando having infinite zed time extensions
Fixed the Medic Shotgun shooting only a single pellet
Fixed the C4 taking forever to throw
Fixed instance where Demo can have 6 of 5 grenades and get infinite dosh by selling the extra grenade

Fixed possible rare instance where the lobby menu stops working
Fleshpounds now no longer cover themselves when running while raged
Husks no longer do a super slow sprint on high difficulties
Crossbows can now stun zeds easier
Fixed menu sounds being ear splittingly loud
Fixed problem where closing the scoreboard would reset your inputs
Attempt to fix wierd bug where Patriarch starts to talk constantly on non-Endless maps
Adjusted the perk leveling system to be easier
Removed a left over debug trace
