No longer uses custom Trader archetypes when replacing default Trader archetype

*Now shows weapon name
*No longer shows weapon owner in solo offline

Config options to disable gameplay-affecting Unofficial Mod weapons
Console command for solo/server settings
Start without Tier 1 Weapons feature tweaked to set max 9mm ammo to 120 (resets at beginning of wave 3)
Modified Pulverizer to be single-shot with re-chamber being the reload, Reload key toggles explosive on heavy hit
