There's a project in KF2 called "Tamari's" servers. They are maintained by a player called "Tamari". These are heavily modded servers. Some of the code for them is developed proprietarily by Forrest Mark X, who is a well-known KF2 modder. He's not new to the scene and a while back released a good share of mods under GPLv3 license. However, about 2 years ago he switched mostly to develop proprietarily for Tamari's servers. My impression is that Tamari convinced him that they could turn this into a profitable donations business. There are 2 issues with that, however.
Secondly, I believe they conduct cyberattacks against the servers of their competitors and I have evidence to supplement that. This essentially a stolen code profiteering going alongside with stifling the competition.

And I have also tried to use this mutator without other mutator, but it still has this problem .........
㧬龍玛玛的菏男逗: Can you please elaborate (and list what other mods you're using)? I'm not sure I understand what exactly is going on.
You'll know if you've done this correctly because Unofficial Mod will state that it is v8.1 in the lobby chat box.

I'll consider adding a Commando-only FAL to a future version. If anyone else thinks that this should be implemented, let me know.
I've got a question about crossperk weapons though. You said that what perks can use a weapon is hard-coded and can't be changed. Does this mean it's also not possible to make a separate copy of say, the FAL where it has a bigger ammo pool but deals assault rifle damage instead of ss rifle damage and is only available for commando?
-I can implement the mod settings text option. Added to my to-do list.
-Unfortunately, what perks can use any given weapon is hard-coded in the weapon itself and as such is not readily modifiable.
-If you want to remove weapons, you can use Trader Inventory Mutator . Note that you'll have to manually add the weapon definitions that are from Summer 2018 and newer.
-Regarding disabling perks, I'll have to investigate. In the meantime, you can use RestrictPerkAndWeapon (2/2)

*C4: I'll look into this. Do you know if this bug happens at any other perk level, and what perk skills did you have? I was unable to reproduce this bug on my level 23 Demo, so I'll have to get to 25 before trying again.
*Trader localization: I was able to figure out what was causing this particular bit. It turns out that my fixes weren't complete. This will be fixed in v8. (1/2)
Problems I've run into:
C4 is bugged. When you buy it as lvl 25 demo you get 7 bricks as normal but you can't buy an 8th one. It also only shows 3 as the max and you can't buy more than 3 unless you sell the c4 and buy it back to get 7 again.
Weapons modified by this mutator also show up with weird names in the trader like ?INT?UnofficialMod.KFWeap or something like that. Not game breaking but still a bit of an eyesore.
Things I'd like to see added in the future:
The option to:
- disable the mod settings text at the lobby.
- add and remove crossperk weapons.
- remove weapons from the trader.
- remove perks.
An FN-FAL that's balanced around commando instead of sharpshooter.
And thank you for making such an awesome mutator.
Shaenix: Due to how RPW handles its weapon config, that feature only works on vanilla weapons. I put in a request on RPW's suggestion discussion that would allow the use of custom weapons with full pathname, so watch RPW's workshop page and the respective discussion. P.S. All UM weapon classes are UnofficialMod.<Vanilla Weapon Class Name>_UM, so the UM M14 would be UnofficialMod.KFWeap_Rifle_M14EBR_UM once this is implemented into RPW.
peelz: Can your friends check to see if the localization file has been properly downloaded? It should be in steamapps\workshop\content\232090\1502948617\Localization\INT. If nothing is there, try unsubscribing and resubscribing. I've been told that localization files sometimes don't download for whatever reason. I'll still try to figure out a workaround for this regardless.
DrunkBunny94: I have asked Yoshiro regarding releasing Flash sources; unfortunately, he said TWI has no plans to do this.
I have a idea for you:
The headless fleshpound really affects shooting in my cd server,I would appreciate if you can shorten the fleshpound's HeadlessBleedoutTime(2 seconds would be perfect).
On another note, I've released v7.1. This is a compatibility patch for the Summer beta. Let me know if there are any other lingering issues.
Numerical weapon stats in the trader because the bar graphs are pretty useless and not everyone wants to learn the new stats for each upgrade by heart...
