Modified CompThoughtEffecter, CompHediffEffecter and CompMindEffecter to be much less laggy
Modified Chameleon Yak's code to be more efficient. It's associated code will only run on terrain changes, and only every 4 seconds
Increased armor provided by bionic carapace implants to 10%

Added Giddy-Up saddles or modified seating position for a lot of the animals. The following have been changed: Chameleon Yak, Cinderlisk, Decay Drake, Desert Ave, Frost Ave. Frostbound Behemoth, Frostling, Gigantelope, Night Ave, Night Mule, Night Ram, Radyak, Razorjack, Ripper Hound and Sand Lion.
Adjusted rider position for Groundrunners, Meadow Aves and Royal Aves (this needs a Giddy-Up update that should happen this weekend)
