Fixed resource drop overlap ammo logi pickup. Changed night map spawner/resource locations to differ more from daytime version. Increased difficulty of game/prawns slightly (move faster, more spawn).

Resources now require Troopers to be present in order to generate ammo and construction supplies. This is a step towards the system where Troopers will actively be farming/deconstructing the resources (think CnC) new animations and welding/other will be added with the system in the future.

Reduced the number of proximity spawners to help combat the over-population caused by travelling through proximity spawners in the maps.

Reduced the maximum wave cap, which reduces the max number of bugs which can spawn (when the wave cap is reached, spawners no longer increase their max bug cap)

The current wave cap is Wave 5. The current Max spawners are 12. The current start spawncap per spawner is 6. The current additional bugs per wave is 2. The maximum cap in world (from non proximity spawners) is 192 bugs.

Max wave difficulty decreased on all maps
Dinos only spawn after wave 4 @ .25x mass. Prawns spawn with 2x mass.
No Friendly fire.

Novobor hanger spawn removed. Tank speed reduced. Prawn speed increased and health reduced. Proximity spawners have 300-600s downtime allowing you to clear resource drops effectively.
