Added RoRs to rank 7 unit sets, slightly buffed their campaign variants (They still scale like regular units, unlike vanilla RoRs. I'll be keeping an eye on them to make sure they don't scale too far).

James Ashley's Guns now can be built at levels 1/3/5 instead of 3/4/5

removed the redundant loyalty skill from Legendary Admirals

Children of Manann once again are Unbreakable, no longer cause Terror

James Ashley's diplomatic effects are now properly flagged as campaign effects

Priest of Manann once again has the correct campaign animations

Replaced the garrison buildings for sartosa with new garrisons that include the new units

Completely overhauled the main settlement chains for Sartosa (IMPORTANT: This makes the mod incompatible with settlement mods, a patch for Tier IV settlements is already in the works)

Jenny's Hornswoggle skill is now correctly locked behind the previous skill group

Extended Jenny's unique personal skill line, making her unique like her counterparts

Fixed an unanticipated data error that caused Privateer units to "double dip" and even "triple dip"; they will no longer scale to godhood in campaign

Fixed several other miscellaneous effect/unit set errors
