Added Norscan Warhounds unit

Added a Leviathan mount and skill for Aranessa

Improved Aranessa's bound tidecall ability

Fixed unit set issues causing the units to not receive factionwide buffs

Removed hero units from basic unit sets to prevent overpowered stat lines (Vanilla heroes work like this too).

Fixed leftover agent recruitment points I had been using for testing purposes

Promethean and Leviathan riders use the new custom pirate variant made using Dryrains retextures.

Temple of Manann chain now gives a small public order boost

Toned down the morale effects of the "Of The North" skill for the Norscan Reaver Captain.

Hero Update!

Sartosan Fleet Captain, Dwarf Powder Cook, and Norscan Reaver Captain added to Sartosa Faction.

Removed Sartosan Pirates (Boarding Axes), they were redundant as Buccaneers already provided a more balanced source of cheap AP

Lots of unit set and effect bug fixes.

Balanced all units to match their empire counterparts.

Nerfed Sartosan Fleet Admiral army buffs, some units were exceeding 100 melee attack and defense with all the compounded buffs.

Several minor typo and missing text fixes.

- Reverted some of the changes made to Privateers, they were nerfed a little too hard. Also fixed the Norscan Reaver Berserkers not getting the buff I had made for them.

Lots of balance changes:

- Nerfed Privateers; they were too cost effective, pounding down elite units of other factions that cost more to field.

- Buffed Reavers: This solidified their place as a more elite, albeit expensive alternative to Privateers. They now are on par with Depth Guard and other elite units that match their price point.

- Nerfed melee stats of all ranged units: Complete oversight on my part, I forgot to adjust the melee stats for Buccaneers and Deck Gunners, they could take on empire swordsman in a match up, not anymore.

- Buffed Sartosan Pirates with Halberds: They are now more in line with their empire counterparts, still less armor and leadership, but more melee attack and Unliving Crew makes them about equal.

Also brand new unit icons! I worked really hard on them so the negative 2 people who actually read the change notes comment what you think about them.

Powder Overload now correctly applies to Sartosan Saboteurs and Sartosan Mortars instead of the entire army.

Sartosan units can now be recruited through certain existing ship buildings for the Sartosa faction only

Sartosan Pirates (Boarding Axes) now have more realistic sized axes

Sartosan Cannon now fires 32 projectiles when using grape shot instead of 24, AP value reduced by 4

Sartosan Mortar received a small range buff

Increased the multiplayer cost of the Sartosan Fleet Admiral

Slightly nerfed Sartosan Fleet Admiral ranged damage

Increased the recruitment and multiplayer cost of Promethean Riders

Fixed abilities Volley Fire and Broadside so that they can now only target the caster and friendly units around them.
