Fixed a few duplicate unique IDs in Main_units

Regiments of Renown now have level 9 stats in custom battles (They still start out as level 1 in campaign, they'll level up like normal units even though they say they're level 9 all the time).

Renamed Aranessa's custom battle mount from "Rotting Promethean" to just "Promethean"

Renamed Raghurr's Reavers back to Skjold Reavers because I absolutely hate the name "Rhagurr (What were you thinking CA?).

Renamed Aranessa's Promethean mount skill in campaign to reflect her now living mount.

Rebalanced the Saboteur explosion damage, they now deal less damage overall but over a wider area. They will still decimate heavy infantry, as intended, but won't deal 90% health damage with a single volley anymore (at least not to armored units :) )

Regiments of Renown added!

Added a script that replaces Aranessa's starting army with unit from this mod.

Removes Aranessa's starting Gunnery Wight and gives her a Fleet Captain slot instead

(I originally spawned a Sartosan Fleet Captain in his place but the engine kept flagging him as a "colonel" type when spawn via script, so I had disable that script).

Lost of balance changes
