Changed logic behind l-l bottle (instead of checking if master deck contains it checks if card is in the bottle).
NEW: Command from Risk of Rain. Can only be activated as custom run mod if hubris mod is on.

Bugfixes and logic (shouldn't affect gameplay?)
The Dog now doesn't twitch. Safe to pet. May go invisible in certain cases tho.
Removed rlocs and changed to locator.
Not sure if mentioned but Lotus is temporary a SHOP relic. Soon to be event i guess?
