Additions:
- New anomalies
- Never Forget digsite now gives an alternate reward to gestalts
- Activating hidden worms now done as an operation, replacing the previously wonky system
- Unleashing a hidden worm will place you in breach of the Reverence for Life resolution - but only if you're caught

Tweaks:
- Magnetospheric Encryption reward from the Sky Glow Hymn dig site now gives +1 encryption instead of its previous bonus

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed minor bug with UNE / CoM first contact
- Fixed the Emergency Ecological Conservation project
- Fixed some modifiers that were lowering amenities instead of lowering amenities usage

Removals:
- No longer modifies scaled research rewards from events (now redundant)
- Curators will no longer sell contacts (Now sell Intel instead)
- anomalymod.22 (bubbles letting you pacify amoebas) retired (now redundant)

- Xenophile FE may claim that 5 of your artifacts are theirs, and asks for them back
- FE may ask ai empires to declare war for them (don't worry: your ai federation allies won't drag you into war)
- Awoken pops revived by the Xenophile FE will always be fungoid and have the Erudite, Solitary, and Decadent traits
- The Brainslug and Zone A anomalies can now also be discovered by a rare colony event

Tweaks:
- Brainslug anomaly made more common
- Zone A anomaly cannot be found on city and tomb worlds, made slightly more common
- Zroni can now start on tomb worlds and terraforming candidates

- anomalymod.220 now adds a new leader trait if not xenophobe or gestalt
- Events that give artifacts will no longer give influence instead without Ancient Relics
