added PistolStandardShot to skuaddie. (I forgot it wasn't normally attached to pistols)

With the update to dual-wielding pistols, BM skills work with them. So I've added pistols as an additional option for primary weapon.
An Akimbo Bulletmeister has lower accuracy at longer ranges, but does a bit more damage.

Also fixed a couple instances of Bulletmeister being misspelled.
