* Iberian military traditions added for Iberians and Celt-Iberians culture groups. Mostly a clone of Germanic with the chariots replaced by light cavalry and with some different flavour text and a focus on javelins instead of archers and slingers.
* Illyrian-Dacian military traditions for Illyrian and Dacian culture groups. Has piracy, Illyrian, and Dacian paths.
* Celtic tradition referencing slings now actually benefits slinger units not archers

* Occupation has a chance to destroy buildings; chance is dependent on occupying nation's Occupation Stance
* Kill pop button removed as anachronistic and antiquated by Occupation Stance mechanic
* Introduced Governor Policy for Settlement (draw settlers from capital province to settle an area; approximately 1 pop/province moves each year).
* Introduced Governor Policy for Encourage Colonists; useful for small Greek nations outside Greece. Lose tax income and increased unhappiness among other cultures to draw pops from foreign cities of your culture group to your capital. (about 1/year)

==== Prices/Costs ====
* Reduced civic cost of moving non-slave pops (10 from 20)
* Reduced civic cost of trade routes (15 from 25)
* Building roads now costs 10 gold not 10 military power
* Raised maintenance cost rise from military tech (2.5% from 2%)

* Republics - Senate support for diplomatic actions and laws based on ruler popularity is now a sliding scale from 0-25% support directly factoring popularity (instead of a flat 25% at 80+ popularity and nothing below that)
* Republics - Party growth is now based on popularity and prominence of the faction leader in addition to charisma skill
* Colonization pulse will no longer try to target provinces which can't be settled
* Alert added for capital unrest
* Adjust spread time for Serapis&Isis Cults
* Alert for unmarried primary heir in a monarchy

* Significantly increased the effect of nation's current strength on willingness of others to become subjects
* Increased the opinion modifiers for guarantees from +10/+5 to +25/+15

* Multiple omens are now awarded and can be spread across the array of bonuses

==== Buildings ====
* Added province buildings for Magistracy (court), Temple, Amphitheatre, and Library
* Magistracy: Monthly local civilization gain +0.25, Freeman Happiness +2.5%
* Temple: Religion/Culture conversion rate +50%
* Amphitheatre: Citizen Happiness +5%, Freeman Happiness +5%, Slaves Happiness -5%
* Library: +25% research points from province

==== Units ====
* Added Javelins (powerful vs heavy infantry, weak vs archers) and Slingers (cheaper than archers, weaker vs armored units)

==== Pops ====
* Can no longer assimilate/convert pops with button-click; it happens naturally over time and governor policies provide 50% boost to progress instead of % chance per month
* Button added to kill pops from outside your culture group (useful for conquering Carthage)
* Button to sell slaves (useful for getting something out of all those slaves stacking up in your capital and starving your populace)
* Cultures added for converted foreigners such as "Hellenized" to denote people assimilating to your culture group but never becoming truly "Greek" (added for all culture groups).
