Finally went through the effort of setting up skills and an effect framework to enable IT'Z SQUIGGIN' TIME and The Great Leveler in campaigns.

Created two new spells straight from the pen and paper material.

Wurrzag: Wurrzag now gets access to IT'Z SQUIGGIN' TIME! It does what it says on the tin. Currently AI enabled.

Mazdamundi and Kroak: Both get access to The Great Leveler from the 1st/2nd Gen Slann spell list. The Great Leveler allows a Slann of sufficient power to sacrifice themselves in order to channel all of the winds in an area into a blast that obliterates everything for dozens of miles in every direction.

This spell is not AI enabled, as I cannot trust the AI with a suicide nuke that takes several minutes to cast.

New known issue:

Until the appropriate software for editing composite scenes is acquired, the visual for The Great Leveler is going to be underwhelming

To-Do:
Edit vanilla CSC or find viable visual workaround (bombardment/explosion?).
Create ability enabling skills, at least for the Slann (wait for Dave to be fixed or waste several hours of your life?)

Remembered that ancilliary locks are a thing. Changed Eltharion's skill lock to one that requires the Talisman of Hoeth.
