Properly subscribe to BeginTakeAction and EnteredCespinll events which allows you to re-enable phasing (given you are not astrally burdened or unphased)

Prevent Barnabus from spawning as a dynamic encounter, and prevent declawed and de-toothed astral kitties from spawning as dynamic encounters.
