Added pop-up hints for your movement modes.

1. Added a new weight class above 140lb at the 160lb mark.
2. Tuned the high-weight equations to make them slightly more viable.
3. slightly reduced the effect of weight on movement speed from 0-100lb.
4. Reduced maximum non-drug-assisted movement speed.
5. Added a three-point pacing system you can use to speed up or slow down at the respective cost or benefit of your endurance.
Pacing keys can be binded in the UMO section of your Addon controls.

Adjusted AI speed bonuses to make them less like glitchy ninjas. Now they're just about par with the player.

Revised the mod's stamina model in tune with the latest Cobalt ACE update. Now you can use heavier loadouts with relative ease.
