Adjusted maxspeed coefficients for the pacing modes.

Tuned stamina drain for super heavy loadouts.
Trimmed out the clunky side-jumps and jukes.
Separated moves into distinct menus - makes things easier.
Added a special "engage exo" bind that lets you really buff up your speed when you have an EPSM Exoskeleton equipped.

Spread out the pacing speeds after taking some user feedback into account. Rush is now more like old sprint, while sprint is now a very expensive, ultra-high-intensity burst of speed.

Added a backpack dumping bind. Bind it and it'll drop your backpack somewhere in a ~1-meter radius around you. Useful for when you need to drop shit quick.
