Cosmetic hotfix/bugfix:

If you're also subscribed to my party name changer mod the Partido Colorado-Marzistas name will change to Partido Nacional after Terra loses the election in Uruguay.

hotfix:
- USA diplomatic offensive will now again cover South America (it should stop Venezuela and Peru from joining the Axis when on historical focus).

Removed features included in the newest DLC:
- removed the ability of several coutries to join the Allies or the Axis via events,
- USA diplomatic offensive will now only cover Central America and not South America,
- Peru-Ecuador War of '41 mechanics are removed
- Platinean War - the ability of Germany and Argentina to start the war in South America by attacking Brazil in non-historical scenario is now removed

New BETA update:

Improvements for:
- Germany
-- Germany may now change it's name to Greater German Reich in 1943, as alternative to taking decision from Waking the Tiger DLC,
-- Berlin won't change it's name to Germania until 1950 (and will revert back to Berlin if Germany is no longer fascist or is wiped from the map).

- China - the entire Chinese Civil War is reworked:
-- hopefully PRC will no longer declare a war on the Allies
-- Nationalist China will tend to leave the Allies after the WW2 and form it's own unique faction: "Whampoa Clique" even before PRC loses the civil war

- India update:
-- India/British Raj should no longer spam a ton of free units when invaded

hotfix

Changed the text in the first event to properly state that this is the version 1.13 of the mod (not 1.12).

Initial BETA update for 1.13:

- removed features:
-- removed AI strings for Germany that encouraged it to naval invade Norway (there's a different system in place in the newest DLC)
-- removed Continuation War events

- added features:
-- FIFA World Cup 1938 can be now cancelled if there's an ongoing war in France,
-- Hungarians can win the World Cup if Italians are not participating in case of the ongoing war in Italy (civil war or major invasion).

Spanish translation added (thanks to @Ferchu)

bugfix:

"Brussels captured by the Soviets" event should now properly make Belgium communist after the war.

Added another part of the script to block Platinean War from happening if Argentina is a puppet, but not a puppet of Germany and isn't a part of any faction.
