Platinean War event chain should no longer trigger if fascist Argentina already is in a faction, but it isn't in the faction with Germany.

Pearl Harbor attack won't trigger anymore if Japan isn't in the offensive war against the United States.

Restored the part of the script from 1.11 version of the mod that allowed the German Reich to get rid of the "Legthening War in the East" modifiers upon capturing Moscow, Leningrad and Stalingrad from the Soviet Union.

how it works now:
Germany doesn't have to occupy these cities personally, but needs to be at war against the Soviet Union and the Soviet Union has to lose control of all three of the cities.

The script should now work even if Finland, Japan or someone from the other faction controls these three cities.

2nd hotfix for Italian Phoney War events

hotfix:
Italy should now join the war in May or June 1940 - after the German invasion of France already started.

BETA update for 1.12:

- Italian Civil War (it's included in the DLC)
- Ethiopian restoration events (it's included in the newest DLC)
- Free French AI tweaks to push against Vichy government in various colonies (it's included in the 1.12 patch)
- few custom tweaks to AI

added events:
- possibility to annex Albania and Montenegro as fascist Italy after completing conquest of Yugoslavia
- after the invasion of Yugoslavia Lubljana will now by occupied by Italy and northern Slovenia by Germany
- Estonian SSR should now be properly annexed by the AI-led Soviet Union

what may still not work as intended:
- peace conference scripts (I recommend to use State Transfer Tool for now - weird border gore may occur due to the new states and new peace conference AI behavior)
- translations need to be updated again

Temporary update to the Italian Social Republic formation event. Germany will now only occupy parts of Italy, but Italy will no longer become German puppet upon forming the Italian Social Republic.

This should hopefully repair the reported bug regarding Italian SR.

Added the small event for France that allows Turkey to grab Hatay State around 1939 if Turkish DLC focus tree was disabled at the beginning of the game.
