further changes to the new vanilla Turkish focus tree:

the AI will now be blocked from picking "Misak-I-Milli", "Victory or Death against Communism" and "Taking Over the Defence of the Gulf" focuses on historical focus "on"

Reason:
This will block weird stuff from happening - like Turkey starting WW2 or taking over Kuwait and Yemen - these never happened in real life.

- Pearl Harbor chain of events

Japan will now have an option to launch a surprise attack on the USA at the beginning of the war. It will weaken the USA against Japan for 180 days. Also - 4 random heavy ships will be sunk during the attack. In the current version the cost for launching the attack is the loss off 100 planes for Japan.

- new news event informing the player that the attack on Pearl Harbor happened

Moved East Germany and West Germany from tier VII to tier III, so with the division limiter option "on" they will be able to recruit up to 120 divisions each.

If you use Vanilla Formable Nations Patch:
Unified post-war Germany will also be able to recruit 120 divisions making it equal to Italy, France and the United Kingdom.

Integrated the Historical Division Number Limiter into this mod.

Instead of making a separate mod I added it together with the new settings event at the beginning of the game - you may choose to enable it.

What it does?:
- Heavily limits the AI division spam and limits the division number on the historical data of active military personnel and active divisions from 1939-1945 era

Why?:
- To speed up the game and make it more immersive

What exactly does it do?:
- it implements a set of ideas that block the AI from recruiting more divisions once a certain division number is reached

here's the exact list of division limits:

tier I - 360 divisions limit (15 full armies) - Germany and the Soviet Union
#Germany and the Soviet Union (historically over 10 mil. peak military personnel and over 400 divisions each)

tier II - 240 divisions limit (10 full armies) - USA, Japan and China
#USA, Japan and China (USA - had only 90 divisions historically, but 12 million active military personnel with Japan having 220 divisions, but only 6 million personnel)
#all chinese factions included in this tier in case when they are the one to take the entire China

#tier III - 120 divisions limit (5 full armies) - France, the UK and Italy
#France, the UK and Italy (each had from 4,5 to 5 million peak military personnel - around 100 to 120 divisions)

#tier IV - 48 divisions limit (2 full armies) - Poland
#Poland had 41 divisions in 1939 with 1 million active military personnel

#tier V - 24 divisions limit (1 full army) - India, Spain, Turkey, Romania, Yugoslavia, Sweden, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Hungary, Finland, Czechoslovakia, Greece, Belgium
#most of the European minors and India belong here
#civil war split tags are also included here

#tier VI - 12 divisions limit - Canada, Australia, Austria, Switzerland, Philippines, Brazil, Thailand/Siam, Mexico, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, New Zealand, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Argentina
#minor countries with significant episode during the WW2

#tier VII - 3 divisions limit
#rest of the world - african colonies, fictional releasable countries, minors in South America

The player won't be affected by these limits. You can also disable this at the special event at the beginning of the game.

Italian Social Republic chain of events added.

how it works:
- it's basically the same as in VFNP - Italian SR may appear in the game when Italy is invaded by the Allies while in faction with Germany

this chain of events will be removed from VFNP in later updates
