- modified the Bulgarian focus tree to:
1. stop the AI controlled Bulgaria from joining the Axis before 1941 when on historical focus
2. stop the AI controlled Bulgaria from forming the Thrid Bulgarian Empire when on historical focus

These changes don't affect non-historical focus games and don't limit the player.

- modified the turkish focus tree again to allow the AI to pick faction joining focuses early in the game if the historical focuses are off

- removed the file responsible for modifing the Turkish AI - instead the focus tree itself was modified to block the AI from breaking neutrality until very late in the game

- fixed a rare issue where capturing a European capital city by the Soviets would not result in the Soviet Union puppeting the country after the war (bugfix for Poland, Czechoslovakia and Greece)

temporarily blocked the Turkish AI from joining the Allies on historical ideas through the focus tree

reason:
- Turkey should only be allowed to join the Allies in the very late game which is already done via events
- literally what's the point of the brand new and huge focus tree if it doesn't even include the historical route for a nation?

- this modifies the vanilla Turkish AI strategy file - I will remove this "fix" as soon as Paradox Interactive fixes the Turkish AI on historical focus (just as I did remove the similar file for Yugoslavia before the proper fix)

1. removed the warning about the weak Japanese AI at the beginning of the game

2. added the complex chain of scripts, ideas and events for the Mengukuo, Manchukuo and Japan to dynamically buff and nerf them against China depending on the situation on the front in China

The script will give Mengukuo, Machukuo and Japan up to 200% attack and defence power in China or down to -80% debuff against China. This effectively causes a stalemate in China until the end of the war. The AI won't be able to break through and end the war quickly as the bonuses for China and Japan can become quite extreme in cases where either Japan or China is close to capitulating.

Buffs/nerfs will activate only in the AI vs the AI scenario. If you play China/Japan/Mengukuo/Manchukuo these won't activate!!

how to disable these scripts:
- tick off historical focus OR play as Japan, Manchukuo, Mengukuo or China OR disable them via settings event

- fixed a rare case when the Italian AI was not willing to give up occupation of Pyrénées-Atlantiques (France) to Germany
- fixed a rare case when Bulgaria would steal Romanian Dobrudja from Romania through the civil war script
