First Palette Swap Update:

Added 5 new palette swaps for Travis giving him 6 total colors:
Color 1: The default appareance.
Color 2 : Travis Strikes Again outfit.
Color 3: Bizarre Jelly 5 outfit from NMH1
Color 4: Henry Cooldown outfit.
Color 5: Cyberspace outfit from NMH 1.
Color 6: Shinobu outfit from Travis Strikes Again.
Each skin has its own color of Beam Katana to give them extra flare
The preview image for each skin is not working properly but the skins ingame do. This will be addressed in the next update.
If you have any suggestion for an alternate color, feel free to comment!

FSpecial Sprites have been tweaked.
Fspecial Hitboxes have been adjusted.
Fspecial Speed has been decreased from 11 to 10
The Startup delay for FSpecial has been reduced from 20 to 15 frames.
FSpecial now doesn't stop all mommentum the second the move is used. It now only does after the wind-up animation.

Changed the Battery Bar Sprites to make it clearer and cleanner
Updated launch angles for moves like Dattack and Dair.
Adjusted the battery cost of moves like Nair.
Improved the behaviour of FSpecial when used airborne.

Improved CPU A.I

Added Pratfall Sprite
Increased amount of battery earned by using DSpecial from 4 to 5 .
Made it possible to Wall Jump out of Uspecial (As suggested by KriegerDrache).
Added multiplayer cpu A.I , its pretty basic but itll try to combo its special moves. Currently tends to ignore its battery meter most of the time, but it will ocasionally charge it.

First Completed Build v1.0!!!

Character Mechanic: Battery
This is the main gimmick of Travis, each physical move used consumes a set amount of Battery.
The Battery meter is shown above the HUD and contains 25 indivudual uses.
Weak moves consume 1 bar, medium power moves consume 2 bars and Strong moves consume 3 bars
Moves with a lot of hitboxes (Dattack, DStrong) consume 4 bars.
When the meter is empty, Travis loses considerable damage, range and kill-power in all of his moves.
The exception to this are his Side Special ( Tiger Suplex) and...

Down Special Added: Charge
Can be used repeatetly by pressing the Special input.
Travis gains Battery in increments of 4.
Its the main way of regaining battery quickly.

Succesful Parries give 4 Battery bars.
Hitboxes and Damage of various moves have been modified to work better with the new mechanic.

With this, the moveset is finally complete !!!
However theres still polishing to do in various aspects. Future updates will focus on these

Forward Special Added: Tiger Suplex
A rush move that allows travis to grab and throw its oponents.
It has fixed knockback so its not meant for killing. Its a get off me tool.
It has a special interaction with Beam Katana Throw, its the only move
that can be done while waiting for the blade to return.
Its also really buggy too... needs polishing.

Only one special remaining, this one brings in a whole new mechanic to the moveset.
Next update will be all about Charge and battery.
