Additions:
- Added an Up Special! Fly away, attached by a rope!
(When Up Special ends, the bird will fly away. This also is a projectile.)
- Added a Down Special! Bomb Dog out!
- Added a Down Strong! Rising Dog Spears!
- Added a New Taunt! bluh...
- Added a Special Fall animation to fit with Up Special.

Adjustments:
- Fixed an issue where alternate colors were not displaying correctly on FSpecial, Jab, NSpecial, and DTilt.
- Added a animation for using NSpecial in the air
- Adjusted the height and speed of NSpecial's projectile.
- Changed the Landing Sprite.

(Moves that are Sandbert's are not final and will eventually be replaced.)

- Now drives off ledges
- Knockback angle adjusted (25 -> 30)
